Reporting a rights concern
A verified company rights-contact channel must be provided before commercial launch. A useful notice identifies the copyrighted work, the exact page or asset URL, the basis of the concern, your contact information and your authority to act for the rights holder.
Review and response
Reported material should be reviewed promptly by the operator. Where appropriate, disputed material can be disabled while the concern is investigated. A final takedown and counter-notice process must be agreed with legal counsel for the territories in which the service operates.
No unlicensed streaming
This implementation does not source films from unauthorised streaming websites. Full-film playback remains unavailable until the operator connects a video source for which the necessary rights have been confirmed.
